While many of you have Millie's second book by now, I figured I would showcase the differences between the two, as there are some variations between Tropical World, the US edition, and Tropical Wonderland, the UK edition. Personally I love the UK's title better ;) Let's get right into it shall we! Ok so contrary to the Amazon stock photos shown above, both books have the same coloured bits and gold foiling on the covers. The only difference is obviously the title, and then the spines are differnet colours--Tropical Wonderland has a peachy orange spine, and Tropical World's spine is a light teal colour with a small feather icon. I love that little touch. When you open the book, there's an immediate difference. In Tropical Wonderland, the cover unfolds once outwards, revealing a colourable inside cover. It has a shiny, waxy feel to it, so Sharpies would work best on it; pencils don't go very well on that type of surface and water-based pens may smear. In Tropical World, the book just opens with no fold out. Not really that disappointing since the fold out cant really be coloured properly anyway in Wonderland. The paper is relatively the same, however, Tropical World's is SLIGHTLY thicker than Wonderland. Both have bright white paper as well, and all the images appear to be in the same order and orientation. Millie showcases tropical rainforest scenery and animals. Tropical birds of all kinds, monkeys, and even a lemur! Take a peek into this tropical paradise! Hopefully this review will shed a bit of light for which version you might want to buy based on these little differences! Just the fact that the titles were different I had to buy Wonderland (but I'm not normal! lol)

The "Colorista"I'm Kourtney, and I'm a mother of two litle girls and the wife of a Navy sailor. I review colouring books and products for publishers and art supply companies to give my Coloristas a guide to buying and growing their collections. And of course I love to colour any chance I get (mostly when the kids are asleep!)
