While Manuscript Pen Company Ltd is widely known for their elegant and traditional calligraphy ink cartridge pens and wax/seals, they are rapidly growing their range of products for crafters and hobbyists, like us coloristas! They were brilliant enough to send me their Colour Creative Brush and Broad portrait markers, as well as their Calli CReative Italic set of markers and their metallic set. And you might notice that adorable dog in the picture---that is Crumble! I think he needs some colour don't you?? Here are all the colours available in these sets! The Calli Creative, while not completely ideal for colouring because of their slanted tip meant for writing in Italic, they are still lovely markers for scrapbooking, another one of my hobbies! Lovely colours! And here is Crumble on his stroll through the flowers after getting a makeover by Broad, Brush, and some of the Italic markers! These are decent quality markers, however be careful with the ink in your printer because the tips got a bit stained from my printer ink. If taken care of these markers can last a long time! You can purchase your sets on their website, however it is a UK company so be wary of where they ship and if they provide shipping outside of the UK!

Haven't seen calligraphy pens in quite some time...glad to see them getting popular again. Will have to get myself a set. Thanks for the review, Kourtney!

The "Colorista"I'm Kourtney, and I'm a mother of two litle girls and the wife of a Navy sailor. I review colouring books and products for publishers and art supply companies to give my Coloristas a guide to buying and growing their collections. And of course I love to colour any chance I get (mostly when the kids are asleep!)
